Hand-formed porcelain high-handled besta with a raised floral ornament, German origin, dating to around 1850–1880 in Neobarock/Rococo revival style, polychrome hand-painted flowers with insects and extensive gold, dimensions about 20 cm high with handle, 26 cm wide, 16 cm deep, and in age-related good overall condition with typical wear and minor chips on the decorative flowers and small production specks on the interior.

Sumptuous handled bowl with sculptural floral decoration – porcelain – 19th century.
• Manufacturer: Unlabeled (stylistically in the vein of renowned manufacturers such as Meissen, Dresden or Sitzendorf).
• Country of origin: Germany.
• Approximate year of manufacture: Circa 1850–1880.
• Exact period: Historicism / second half of the 19th century.
• Style: Neobaroque / Rococo Revival.
• Technique: Hand-formed porcelain with applied, sculptural blossoms ("snowball"-style elements), hand-painted with polychrome floral painting, insect motifs and rich gilding.
