In this series, the landscape, nature, becomes a pretext for an investigation into the emotional space.
The images do not depict real places or things, but evoke perceptual states in constant transformation.
Painting acts through layering and intuition, allowing color fields to emerge that do not describe, but suggest.

Each work is birthed from an unstable balance between control and impulse; form is built and dissolved, light emerges and slides elsewhere.
References to nature are recognizable, yet elusive.
The atmospheres move between the echo of something already lived and the sensation of something about to happen.

These works do not speak of the real, but of what it stirs, they are open visions, pierced by doubt, by silence and by a desire to be present.
