Champ de fleurs by Jo Patch (1937–2016), an oil on panel from 1950–1960, in Belgium, Original edition, framed size 63 × 83 cm (59 × 79 cm unframed), signed at the bottom right with the back counter-signed and dedicated, sold with frame, in excellent condition though the frame is slightly damaged with minor losses.

Jo Patch (1937–2016) was a Belgian painter renowned for his contemporary, colorful works, often executed in oil on masonite or Isorel. Born in Opprebais on January 13, 1937, he mostly worked in Belgium, though his creations have been shown internationally.
Jo Patch is the inventor of the term "Affigraphism," an artistic approach that fuses poster art and graphic design into a unique pictorial expression. His works are characterized by dynamic compositions, vibrant colors, and a figurative, often surreal touch. He studied under the Belgian artist Leemans, which influenced his artistic path.
The work is signed at the bottom right.
On the back the work is counter-signed and dedicated.
