Description from the seller

The work presents itself as a dense network of embossed textures, skillfully shaped by hand by the artist. The surface is dominated by a deep pearlescent blue that, thanks to the glossy finish and the chimerical nature of the pigment, responds dynamically to ambient light, creating reflections that simulate the movement of water or a rhythmic beating.
The application of modeling plaster follows a scale-like pattern or overlapping small arches, giving the painting a sculptural physicality. The regularity of the texture conveys a hypnotic and meditative sense of order.
The breaking element, which gives the work its title, is the insertion of a single piece in vivid yellow. This chromatic “beat,” located in the upper right quadrant, serves as the visual gravitational center, symbolizing a spark of life, an idea, or a vital exception in an ocean of uniformity.
The pairing of deep blue and bright yellow creates a classic complementary contrast, yet reinterpretated in a material and modern key. The choice of the glossy finish not only protects the pigment but also enhances the depth of the valleys and ridges created by the plaster, inviting the viewer to change angle to discover new nuances.
The artwork is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, ensuring its uniqueness and direct provenance from the artist Corso Leonello.
The use of high-end materials (professional acrylics and protective varnishes) ensures color brilliance and durability over time.
Logistics: The shipment is managed with full traceability, ensuring the artwork arrives at its destination in total safety.
