Description from the seller

Color print signed in black ink on the bottom right of the image and numbered 4/12 on the back by the author
Henri Elwing
Born in Paris in 1925, the only son of Polish parents. After an outstanding academic record, his desire to pursue photography grew stronger, and he became an indispensable photographer for ELLE Magazine from 1955 to 1985, with the ambition of making documentary-style photos that reveal the true nature of the photographed subjects, their idiosyncrasies, their joys… never paparazzi shots, always photos with the subject's consent.
