“Composición Familiar”

In Composición Familiar I explore the representation of human bonds through a pictorial construction based on the simplification of forms and the geometric organization of space. The figures appear gathered in an intimate scene where gestures and looks suggest a relationship of closeness, care and coexistence.

The composition is structured through color planes that fragment space while at the same time connect the characters to each other. The reds, turquoises, greens and ochres establish a chromatic rhythm that runs through the painting and creates a warm and emotional atmosphere.

I work the piece through layers of acrylic that allow me to build color with intensity and balance, while the brushstroke maintains a visible presence that reinforces the manual character of the painting. The simplification of features and shapes responds to a search for visual synthesis where the figure becomes a symbol of the human bond.

More than a specific narrative scene, Composición Familiar proposes a universal image of encounter and closeness, where geometry and color become the language that articulates emotion.
