Scarce Title of Einstein's Work 'The World as I See It'
First impression of 1940, from The Thinker's Library, No. 79. “The book is composed of assorted articles, addresses, letters, interviews and pronouncements, it includes Einstein's opinions on the meaning of life, ethics, science, society, religion, and politics”.
The book is authorised English translation of the volume ‘Mein Weltbild’ by Albert Einstein. Published by Watts & Co, London, 1940. Publishers’ original brown cloth boards with black titles to spine and front board.
Book Dimensions: 17 x 11 cm and Number of Pages: 112.
Condition
Firm and well bound copy. External covers in nice shape with some age related faded marks and light wear to head and foot of the faded spine. Internally; the book is in good condition. No names or inscriptions. All pages are tightly held at the gutter. Inner hinges are very good. The text is clean with light foxing to some pages and page edges (Please see pictures).
