German Aleksandrovich Bezukladnikov (1928–2009) was a renowned Soviet and Russian painter, awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation in 1997. Born in Almaty (Kazakhstan), he completed his artistic studies at the Almaty Art School in 1951, then graduated from the painting faculty of the Surikov Art Institute in Moscow in 1957. A member of the Union of Artists since 1963, he held prominent roles such as President of the Commission for work with young artists (1976–1982). He lived and worked for much of his life in Shchyolkovo, in the Moscow region. He preferred using oil on cardboard or canvas, often characterized by an expressive brushstroke that captured the atmosphere and light of the places he visited. His works are kept in numerous museums in Russia and in the countries of the former Soviet Union, as well as in private collections in Europe (including Germany) and South America. Measures 45 cm by 33.5 cm with frame.
