Description from the seller
“D’oh! It’s Jaws” – Limited Edition (100 copies) - 2026 New Collection
Edition number: 04/100
Artist: SKE
Publisher: Atelier Montmartre Paris
Art paper 300 g/m² – ISO A3 format – Signed, numbered – Certificate included
In D’oh! It’s Jaws, SKE reimagines the cult Jaws moment by replacing the shark with Homer Simpson.
The danger is no longer a hidden predator, but a yellow, massive, clumsy presence.
Underwater, Homer surges up where you least expect it. Above, Marge and Bart swim calmly, nonchalant, as if nothing was happening. The contrast is total: the threat exists, but no one seems to take it seriously.
With humor, SKE transforms fear into absurdity. What used to thrill now becomes almost a family situation. The suspense disappears, replaced by an immediate smile.
Pop-touch, cinematic references embraced and street energy sign a light, effective work.
A scene that recalls that sometimes the real danger isn’t what we fear… but what we know too well.
Characteristics:
• Limited edition of 100 copies
• Premium 300 g art paper print
• ISO A3 format, easy to frame
• Each copy signed and numbered by SKE
• Delivered with certificate of authenticity

- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a self-taught French artist with a multidisciplinary approach, immersed in the 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large portion of his artistic work.
He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stencil, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic, expressive compositions, often double-meaning, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.
After an exceptional 2025, SKE’s value has seen a notable rise. Winner of the first prize in Urban Master contest (2023), then elected Artist of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025). SKE was selected “Artist of the Month” in October and also featured in an American art magazine, confirming his international recognition.
His works have already been exhibited in major venues in Europe, the United States, and Asia, solidifying his place on the contemporary art scene. Concurrently, SKE has also established himself in the digital artworks market, a major trend in the last two years, boosting the appeal of his creations to collectors.
Icons of popular culture, bold graphics and texture play characterize a style now essential.
SKE is undoubtedly an artist to follow, to start or enrich a collection with rising value.
Awarded & Renowned Artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art
A WORLD BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY SKE’s work fits into a prestigious lineage. His lines carry the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating the subversive edge of Banksy or pioneer Blek le Rat. His works forge a bridge between eras: they revisit the classics, not hesitating to reinterpret Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to juxtapose them with a modern urban aesthetic akin to Mr Brainwash or Kaws.
POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA Drawing on the collective imagination, SKE manipulates icons from our childhood. He stages Disney’s universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and Scrooge McDuck’s symbolic greed. The influence of gaming, comics, and graphic novels is omnipresent: from the Nintendo universe and the iconic Game Boy, to Pokemon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), and the Marvel Super Heroes. SKE crystallizes these memories like a Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.
LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY In a style reminiscent at times of Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with lines of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside luxury and fashion logos. His canvases capture the “Hype” aesthetic: sneaker culture (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also weaves in automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to mention mass-consumption icons like Coca-Cola. It’s vibrant art, with textured finishes evoking the glossy surface of Jeff Koons or the facets of a Richard Orlinski.
This work is ideal for enriching a collection or adding a dynamic touch to your interior.
