AMA • Pope (1985) presents the titled Aurora Eth Moonshot - Ethereum, a 20 cm high, 9 cm wide and 9 cm deep argent resin sculpture, edition 2/20, 2025, signed by hand, from France and sold direct by the artist AMA.
Description from the seller
AMA • Pope (1985) - "Aurora Eth Moonshot" - Ethereum - 2/20
Often imitated, never equaled: the original Aurora, signed "Pope".
When speculation becomes a cosmic promise.
Following the success of the Aurora Borealis series, the Original Fake Aurora, the Authentic Fake Aurora… Pope continues his ironic exploration of contemporary myths, between decentralized finance, digital culture, and a quasi-mystical projection toward new horizons of wealth.
"Aurora Eth Moonshot" distorts the Ethereum imagination to make it a luminous, chrome, hypnotic object, almost liturgical.
On the front face, the message is clear:
"Eth" for Ethereum, frozen as a generational symbol, immediately recognizable.
On the sides, the formula asserts itself, unambiguous:
"TO THE MOON".
A modern incantation.
A collective promise engraved in wood.
The day: a chrome, futuristic, almost clinical icon.
The night: a multicolored aurora borealis floods the space.
A radical contrast between blockchain technology and speculative belief.
Limited edition of 20 copies for 2025, signed, numbered and delivered with a certificate of authenticity AMA.
Fast and secure shipping (bubble wrap, tissue paper, reinforced carton) with signature on delivery.
Specifications:
- 7 luminous colors
- 3 diffusion modes (static, fading transitions, simple transitions)
- Electric power via USB cord with switch (provided)
- Height: 20 cm
- Width: 9 cm
- Depth: 9 cm
Who is AMA?
Born from the fusion of the talents of French artist friends, the AMA collective takes you into a universe of bright colors and varied materials.
Sculptures, paintings and installations, the collective passionately employs a multitude of techniques to give life to its works.
The AMA collective mainly draws inspiration from the world around it but also from currents of renowned artists such as Banksy, Keith Haring, Koons, Orlinski, Takashi, Fred Allart, Shepard Fairey, Warhol, Yayoi Kusama, Richard Hamilton, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Alec Monopoly, KAWS, Pantone, Mr. Brainwash, Blek le Rat, to name just a few.
Whether as a gift, a memento, or part of your personal collection of contemporary art, you will easily find your favorite thanks to the diversity of our works. Indeed, AMA pursues its urban art passion through street art (streetart) and pop art (popart) (in limited edition or not) addressing a wide range of themes such as cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum), the dollar, money, gold, wealth, the sex industry, drug abuse, luxury and haute couture brands, the world of comics and video games, the pharmaceutical industry and medicines, recycling and upcycling, consumer goods and fashion industry (sport, sneakers…),
Brands guide our choices and often our lives without us realizing it. Aware of this impact, AMA likes to mischievously divert labels such as Louis Vuitton (LV), Chanel, Dior Hermès, Prada, Gucci, Rolex, Yves Saint Laurent (YSL), Supreme, Obey, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG, Mercedes, Nike (Air Jordan), Adidas (Stan Smith), Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Marvel and Avengers (Batman, Joker, Superman...), Disney (Mickey, Scrooge), Nintendo, Sega, Tintin, Lego, Pokemon, Vans and many others.
Dear bidders, our collective makes every effort so that all information necessary to appreciate the lot sold is clearly detailed in the listing: dimensions, weight, description and photos... After the sale, no unfounded claims will be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
