Description from the seller
Born in Parma on 4/10/54, I have long nurtured a deep passion for art. Over the years, I specialized in metaphysical painting, favoring the use of oil paints on canvas to express emotions and moods with intensity and originality.
My works are distinguished by a personal visual language, in which forms, colors, and textures intertwine to create evocative and engaging atmospheres. Each of my canvases is an inner journey, a search for harmony between matter and feeling.
I participate in various local and online exhibitions, establishing myself as a talented contemporary artist in the Parma area and nationally. My art invites the viewer to pause, observe, and let themselves be carried away by unique and intimate sensations.
Some of my works have been used for book covers ("Io e Toto'..noi!").
My subjects are predominantly figures, landscapes, and scenes inspired by daily life.
This canvas is oil on canvas; I have depicted a young woman gathered in an intimate and contemplative pose. The direct gaze, yet veiled with melancholy, creates a silent dialogue with the observer, while the compact composition of the body heightens the sense of introspection and vulnerability.
