“ARCHEMISIO”
is a contemporary painter famous for his hyperrealist works in oil on canvas, where he blends photographic precision with the dramatic lighting typical of Caravaggio. Raised among the streets of Rome, since a young age he was fascinated by the Baroque masterpieces displayed in the churches and museums of the city, developing a passion for the contrast between light and shadow and for the emotional intensity of the figures.

After studying at the Academy of Fine Arts of Rome, Archemisio traveled across Europe and the United States, perfecting the hyperrealist technique through the study of modern artists. However, his style is distinguished by the Caravaggesque heritage: his works capture meticulous details (from wrinkles in the skin to reflections on an object) but are immersed in a theatrical and directional light, which sculpt the volumes and create an atmosphere rich in symbolism.
