Onemizer (1987) - Ce ne sont pas deux pipes

The work reinterprets the famous painting by René Magritte, The Treachery of Images. Here, two burnt wooden pipes are placed symmetrically to form a heart. The bowls of the pipes meet at the top, while the stems cross at the base.
