According to Artprice, Bruno Cantais's market value in 2021 ranges from about 600–2000 euros for his paintings and multiple prints, making him a relatively affordable artist for art collectors.
A prolific and spontaneous creator, Bruno Cantais lives in Lyon; he explores several techniques, ranging from abstract expressionism in the vein of Rauschenberg or De Kooning, to matter projections in the style of Georges Mathieu, to Pop Art collage or the expressionism of Karel Appel, which walk the line between gestural abstraction and figurative representation. Yet his hallmark remains always this physical painting, this material worked by the body, testimony to the artist's intimate monologue.
Artist represented at the gallery Les Couleurs de l'Éternité in France, Gallery Modern Dutchart in the Netherlands. Listed by Artprice, Drouot and Akoun since 2005. Maeght Atelier in 2005. Recently participated in the Art3f fair in Lyon. Recent exhibitions in Chisinau, Moldova, Cannes, Pézenas and Lyon at the Paul Bocuse Abbey gala evening 2023. Paris private collection gallery on Île Saint-Louis since 2016. Exhibits in international galleries Belgium, USA, Italy and Portugal since 2019.
