(The edition sent is not necessarily the one shown in the photo.)
Careful and tracked shipping.
Born in 1978 in the heart of France, XTC has shaped his artistic universe through an interest in Design, Pop Art, and more recently Street Art. This visual exploration has become a passion that needed to be realized.
XTC defines himself as a self-taught visual artist, aligned with the Pop Art movement, through the subversion of everyday contemporary consumer goods.
His creativity is expressed through bold staging of icons of popular consumption (such as McDonald’s, Malabar, Chupa), which he makes clash with the world of luxury (including Chanel, Hermes, Veuve Clicquot champagne, and even Caviar) and Street Art, further blurring the already tenuous boundaries between these worlds.
He expresses his art through sculpture, blending painting with a variety of resins, plastics, and sometimes minerals.
He draws inspiration, among others, from Banksy, Keith Haring, Orlinski, Andy Warhol, Obey, advertising, and addiction in general.
All possible flaws or imperfections are an integral part of the work.
