Caviar box with torn Hermès label, trompe l'oeil painting, and gold caviar and rhinestones by XTC.

This is a genuine 1000g recovered caviar box with a torn Hermès label effect, entirely hand-painted (no sticker!). And fake caviar with gold rhinestones.
The lid is not fixed so the artwork can be presented in different ways: box open or closed with the lid placed to the side, you can modify the piece according to your wishes.
The artwork is displayed on a black 10 mm-thick Plexiglas (PMMA, Perspex) base for a glossy, flawless finish.

Signed and numbered on 8 + 4EA on the base, Certificate of Authenticity (COA) provided.

Born in 1978 in central France, XTC has shaped his artistic universe through his interest in Design, Pop Art, and more recently Street Art. This visual exploration became a passion that was to be realized.

His creativity expresses itself through the staging of icons of popular consumption, which he makes collide with the world of luxury and Street Art, further blurring the already tenuous boundaries between these worlds.
He expresses his art through sculpture, blending painting with all kinds of plastics and sometimes mineral materials.
All possible defects or imperfections are an integral part of the work; the caviar box is reclaimed and bears signs of use and opening.
