My name is Mihaela Dokonal, Romanian citizen, and I have built my career in the world of finance, yet my passion for creativity has always played a significant role in my life. While navigating the complexities of financial work, I devote much of my energy outside the office to painting and storytelling, which serve as both personal expressions and creative outlets.
My artistic practice centres on abstract painting, where I explore form, colour, and emotion through non-representational works. A significant milestone in my journey occurred in September 2025, when one of my paintings was curated by Saatchi. This recognition marked an important achievement and encouraged me to continue developing my creative voice.
