For sale is an antique book on the Catholic Church's faith, originally published by Pope Pius V in 1566, following the Council of Trent (1545-1563).
The book features a woodcut printer's mark and a woodcut initial.

The binding is in heavily worn, age-related condition. It is heavily rubbed, somewhat creased, and there are a few smaller defects. The spine is brittle.
The title page is slightly stained at the edges; the remaining pages are mostly well preserved, with a few stains in places. There are also a few handwritten marginal marks in the book.
