Elegant pierced plate in fine German porcelain produced by the historic Meissen manufactory.

The plate features a refined pierced, reticulate edge, embellished by rich hand-applied gold decorations. The central part is decorated with an elegant Oriental-inspired motif in iron-red and gold tones, with stylized figures of birds and fantastic creatures, typical of European interpretations of Oriental decorations.

The quality of the porcelain, the precision of the piercing, and the gilding make this object particularly decorative and elegant. On the bottom is the classic blue mark with crossed swords, symbol of the renowned Meissen manufactory.
