Vase - Stoneware - Large vase, 57 cm.

This large ceramic vase, a signed art piece, is made in a beautiful natural red stoneware; you can leave it as is or embellish it with branches, ears of grain, dried flowers… Its size allows it to be placed directly on the floor, but it can also find its place on a low piece of furniture or a mantel, for example; its weight of over 2 kg gives it very good stability.
This vase is composed of very thin, textured clay slabs, welded together by simple pressure; the base of the vase is very loaded and very turbulent, with dark red nuances; as you move up the vase, the texture tightens until it leaves gaps that provide contrast, elegance and lightness despite its size.
After firing, patinas in different shades of red were applied to highlight the natural beauty of this stoneware.
