Absurdessence is an original 2026 acrylic painting by MiLo, hand signed, created in the Netherlands, measuring 80 cm by 70 cm, in an abstract style, in excellent condition and sold directly from the artist.
Description from the seller
A work by Amsterdam-based artist MiLo (1976).
In Absurdessence, spontaneous gestures, layered textures and sweeping lines converge into a vivid abstract composition. Fields of red, black and earthy gold tones interact with energetic white loops and expressive marks, creating a visual language that feels both intuitive and deliberate.
The painting captures the tension between chaos and structure. Fragments of symbols, drips and sweeping movements appear across the surface like traces of thought or fleeting signals, forming a complex yet balanced rhythm.
Through this layered process, MiLo distills movement, gesture and emotion into an energetic contemporary abstraction. The work reflects the essence of expressive mark-making — where instinct, structure and unpredictability coexist.
The artwork will be carefully rolled and securely shipped in a sturdy cardboard box or protective shipping tube.
