The first image represents the passage of the work from the outer wall to the internal space of buildings. What is born on the street, in the urban and public context, is transferred inside into palaces, houses or museums, completely changing the environment and meaning. In this case, the most interesting street-facing corner is selected and cut, the one on which the street artist had carried out the outdoor intervention. The fragment is then detached from the original street context and transformed into an autonomous object. Once cut, this piece of wall can be transferred and placed inside: in homes, in buildings, in museums or other structures. In this way the work changes environment and function, moving from the public and everyday space of the street to a private or institutional space, where it is preserved and exhibited as a true artistic object. All of this represents a sort of imagined reconstruction by the artist, reflecting on the process of moving the work from the urban context to the domestic or museum setting.

The natural imperfections, marks and dents of the materials are not defects but an integral part of the work: they testify to its urban life and reinforce the distinctive identity of true Street Art.
