In this work I start from confrontation. I do not seek to represent recognizable figures, but to build presences. The forms organize themselves in a system of vertical and horizontal axes that structure space as if it were a contemporary totem. Each plane is an affirmation, each color a measured tension.
I work from a current reinterpretation of the Cubist language, where fragmentation does not destroy the form, but orders it. The geometric elements overlap and intersect, creating an internal rhythm that guides the gaze. There is no illusory depth; the space is resolved in active surface, in visual architecture.
The red introduces pulsation and energy, while black acts as the backbone that sustains the composition. Circles, arches, and rectangular blocks function as primal, almost archetypal symbols. They do not describe; they evoke. They do not narrate; they suggest.
In this piece I am interested in exploring the duality between structure and emotion. Geometry is firm, but not rigid; it vibrates. The composition becomes a territory of tense balance, where each form finds its place within a coherent system.
This work is not a scene, it is a symbolic construction. A space where the figure becomes a sign and the sign becomes presence.
