Our standards:
- Each bonsai is delivered with a sample pack of our favored organic long-term bonsai fertilizer.
- To determine trunk width, we place the measuring instrument at half height between the root collar and the first branch (see sample image). In the case of multiple trunks, the widest one is chosen.
- All our trees are planted in a substrate mix developed specifically by us.
- As far as possible, we reuse old packaging in shipping for environmental reasons.
- The trees are watered before shipping, protected from drying out, and securely fixed in the outer carton.
- Shipping is insured.
- Contractors are commissioned who state that the goods are usually delivered within a maximum of 4 working days.
- We ship on the following Monday after payment is received on Catawiki to avoid weekend delays in delivery.
