Remontoir silver pocket watch with manual winding movement, 50 mm case in 800 silver from the early 20th century (ca. 1900–1915), featuring an enameled white dial with black Roman numerals for 1–12 and red Arabic numerals for 13–24, peripheral second at 6 o'clock, gilded Louis XV style dials and a natural patina.
Description from the seller
Type: Manual winding pocket watch (Remontoir).
Period: Early 20th century (approx. 1900-1915).
Case Material: 800 silver, with finished edges and a classic robust design.
Dial: Enameled (white porcelain), in very good condition for its age. It features black Roman numerals for 1-12 hours and a contrasting inner circle with red Arabic numerals for the 24-hour format (13-24).
Dials: Ornamental "Louis XV" type model, gilded, worked with great finesse.
Functions: Peripheral second located at 6 o'clock.
Mechanism: Mechanical, with winding from the crown (Remontoir).
Aesthetic Condition: It has a beautiful natural patina. The dial has small signs of wear specific to the time (please see the photos for details regarding the slightly yellowed central portion). sold together with , the box in the picture
