Our standards:
- Every bonsai is equipped with a fertilizer basket containing organic long-term bonsai fertilizer.
- To determine trunk width we measure at mid-height between the root collar and the first branch (see example photo). In the case of multiple trunks, the widest one is used.
- All our trees are planted in a substrate mix developed by us.
- When possible we reuse old packaging for shipping, out of concern for the environment.
- The trees are watered before shipping, protected from drying out, and securely fixed inside the outer carton.
- Shipping is insured.
- We contract service providers who state they normally deliver within a maximum of 4 business days.
- We ship on the following Monday after payment has been received on Catawiki to avoid delivery delays due to weekends.
