Gucci vintage hard suitcase – 1960s

Gucci rigid suitcase dating from the 1960s, the period preceding the 'Gucci Accessory Collection', Aldo Gucci era.

Wooden structure covered with the iconic GG monogram canvas, with the house's signature green-red-green web stripe. One of the first combinations of GG monogram and web stripe. Brown full-grain leather fittings and brass locks.

Beige Jacquard Diamante textile interior with retention straps and the original Gucci leather interior tag (script logo). Presence of artisan stamps attesting to handcrafted manufacture.

Complete suitcase with its keys and its original luggage tag.

The corners have been reinforced and the leather nourished with professional Saphir Médaille d'Or products to preserve the material while respecting its vintage patina.

Beautiful example of Gucci luggage from the house's classic period, now rare. Normal signs of wear for age, interior in excellent condition
