Hardback, small knock front cover, towards lower left corner, corners slightly bumped, otherwise good condition. Hinges very good. Interior healthy, very fine, free of markings or stainings, pencil small inscriptions on guard page. Pages 56 - 57 a little toned from a contemporary newspaper article clipping left inside. Good collector's item. 20.5 cm x 14 cm.

"The Italian Girl" - 1964, First Edition, published by Chatto & Windus in London, 213 pages. Dust Jacket present, in fine condition, small losses on spine extremities. Hardback, corners slightly bumped, otherwise good condition. Hinges very good. Interior healthy, very fine, free of markings and stainings, pencil small inscriptions on guard page. Jacket design and two wood engravings by Reynolds Stone. Good collector's item. 20.5 cm x 14 cm.
