Natali Wood - Haya

This work is part of Natali Wood's exploration of wood, fire, and slow processes. Beech, a familiar and everyday wood, is transformed here into a matrix through Yakisugi, incorporating the passage of time and the imprint of fire into the engraving process itself. Each piece preserves slight variations that are part of its artisanal character.
