Description from the seller
"Jaws, Chill Edition" – Limited Edition (100 copies) - New Collection 2026
Edition Number: 04/100
Artist: SKE
Publisher: Atelier Montmartre Paris
Art paper 300 g/m² – ISO A3 format – Signed, numbered – Certificate included
In Jaws, Chill Edition, SKE reinterprets the film Jaws' mythical tension to create a scene that is decidedly cool. On the surface, Snoopy calmly floats on his buoy, sunglasses in place, casually saying “Keep cool.” Holidays, relaxation, zero stress.
Under the water, the mood is slightly different. The shark arrives, the scene becomes serious... but no one seems to worry up above. The danger is real, just ignored.
With this savory contrast, SKE plays with the illusion of calm and comfort. As long as everything looks cool on the surface, we forget what lies beneath. Fear becomes a simple off-screen detail.
Pop colors, cult cinematic references, and street-energy transform the suspense into a visual gag.
A light and ironic work that immediately brings a smile and reminds us that it’s sometimes easy to stay cool... when you don’t look below the surface.

- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a self-taught and versatile French artist who grew up immersed in 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large portion of his body of work.
He continually explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stencils, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic, expressive compositions, often with double meanings, fuse the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.
After an exceptional 2025, SKE’s market value has risen notably. Winner of the first prize at the Urban Master contest (2023), then named Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as “Artist of the Month” in October, and he also gained a feature in an American art magazine, confirming his international recognition.
His works have already been exhibited in major venues across Europe, the United States, and Asia, consolidating his position in the contemporary art scene. At the same time, SKE also makes his mark in the digital art market, a major trend of the last two years, strengthening the appeal of his creations to collectors.
Icons of pop culture, bold graphics, and tactile textures characterize a style that is now essential.
SKE is undeniably an artist to follow, to initiate or enrich a collection with rising value.
Awarded & Renowned Artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art
A UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY
SKE’s work sits in a prestigious lineage. His line reflects the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating the subversion of Banksy or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works build a bridge between eras: they revisit classics, not hesitating to reinterpret Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to confront them with a modern urban aesthetic akin to Mr Brainwash or Kaws.
POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA
Drawing on the collective imagination, SKE manipulates childhood icons. He stages the Disney universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and the symbolic greed of Scrooge McDuck. The influence of gaming, comics, and graphic novels is omnipresent: from the Nintendo universe and the legendary Game Boy to Pokemon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), and to Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.
LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY
In a style sometimes reminiscent of Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar sign sits alongside logos of luxury and fashion giants. His canvases capture the “Hype” aesthetic: you encounter sneaker culture (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and high fashion (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also incorporates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not forgetting mass consumer icons like Coca-Cola. It is vibrant art, with textured finishes that sometimes recall the glossy surface of Jeff Koons or the facets of Richard Orlinski.
This work is ideal for enriching a collection or bringing a dynamic touch to your home."
