Description from the seller
Original drawing 21x29.5 cm (A4) hand-drawn in pencil by Claudio Sciarrone
The depicted subject is PK, fresh from its thirtieth anniversary, here portrayed under a nighttime rain!
CLAUDIO SCIARRONE
Claudio was born in the pleasant town of Cornaredo on the outskirts of Milan, where he still lives, works, plays video games, plays the bass guitar and goes grocery shopping.
His first works of some significance are the famous "Portrait of Nonna Rosa" in pen and colored pencils and "Portrait of Nonna Vittorina" in mixed media, created at the age of 5.
Having grown professionally and physically within Disney, his first step into Topolino’s editorial team dates back to September 1990, just after graduating from the Boccioni Art High School in Milan.
For Disney he is a cartoonist, teacher, trend hunter, mic’d-up illustrator, and a vending-machine raider.
He spans video games, animation, and digital entertainment, and who knows where his lucid madness will take him...
Co-creator of the PK saga, his latest major project consists of 197 pages for the Mickey Mouse saga "The Chronicles of Planet T" from which he will hardly recover soon, and he still awaits to understand what he will do when he grows up.
