Fernando Ribaudo - Donna a riposo

I am Fernando Ribaudo, a 63-year-old Italian artist. I have worked for 42 years as a set designer for Italian TV, I have painted about 500 paintings in my life, but I am not famous, and I am currently retired and dedicated to my passion for creating some paintings for certain competitions, such as the Modigliani Prize 2026, among which the submitted painting titled "Donna a riposo" which I created in oil on canvas these days, in oil and mixed media technique. My father was a portrait painter; my grandfather painted frescoes in Sicily. The one and only painting I created represents a woman at rest in an environment with baroque swirls and flowers."
