In this work, Youthone explores identity as an expression of light, emotion, and transformation. The female portrait combines contemporary urban language with patterns inspired by traditional portuguese lace, creating a dialogue between visual energy and cultural memory. Silver and gold leaf, together with shimmering effects, reinforce the idea of identity as a radiant presence in constant evolution.
Original mixed media on canvas: spray paint, acrylic paint, art markers, silver and gold leaf, shimmering effects, and ornamental patterns.

YOUTHONE is the artistic pseudonym of Portuguese visual artist Adalberto Brito, active in the urban art scene since 1988. He began his practice during the early phase of the development of graffiti culture in Portugal, a formative period that deeply influenced his artistic trajectory and the construction of his visual language.
With more than three decades of continuous activity, YOUTHONE has developed a body of work that crosses the energy of street art with contemporary painting practices. His original works, executed entirely by hand, combine painting and mixed media, exploring different visual languages with a strong presence of the human figure, graphic elements and references to urban aesthetics.
His work oscillates between figurative compositions and more abstract and experimental approaches, reflecting the influence of street culture, the observation of urban daily life, and the constant search for new visual possibilities.
