Look at me by Ed Mittendorf (Mivillage), 2025 acrylic on canvas portrait, 54 × 54 cm, 3 kg, signed, in excellent condition, sold directly by the artist.
Description from the seller
The Dutch artist Ed Mittendorf (Mivillage) worked and exhibited for many years in France and now lives again in the Netherlands.
His recent black-and-white fragments of portraits are based on his own private photo collection.
Each image is edited into a powerful, graphic composition and the black area with “rough” brushstrokes is hand-painted with acrylic paint on a high-quality cotton canvas, stretched on a wooden frame.
The result is a work in which light, silence and tension converge—simple in form, yet rich in feeling.
TITLE: LOOK AT ME
This painting is from a small series "Look at me"; portrait fragment no. 3
In addition to this series, Mivillage creates white reliefs in ZERO style and his famous CrinckleArt in the spirit of Mondrian, of which more than a thousand works have been sold worldwide!
Dimensions of this painting: 54 × 54 cm
Technique: acrylic on canvas, stretched on a frame
