Artwork by BLACH (Maxime Blachère): “We Need Paul (Baleine)”, a 2025 Giclée print on satin paper in a 60 x 40 cm format, weighing 1 kg, signed by the artist, numbered 7/30, with a signed certificate of authenticity, origin France, in excellent condition.
Description from the seller
The artist goes after the whale… but Paul Watson wasn’t there to stop him!
No panic, no cetacean was mistreated during the creation of this artwork. An (almost) ecological gesture: the graffiti was made with a marker on a photo of a whale, not with spray directly on the animal.
Firstly because it’s dangerous (it moves a lot, that cheeky one), and secondly because… spray underwater doesn’t work very well.
BLACH, always ahead of his time, but not quite ready for underwater street art.
