In this series, the landscape, nature, becomes a pretext for an inquiry into the emotional space.
The images do not depict real places or things, but evoke perceptual states in constant transformation.
The painting operates through layering and intuition, letting fields of color emerge that do not describe, but suggest.

Each work arises from an unstable balance between control and impulse, the form is built and dissolves, light surfaces and slides elsewhere.
References to nature are recognizable, but elusive.
The atmospheres move between the echo of something already lived and the sensation of something about to happen.

These works do not speak of the real, but of what it moves, they are open visions, crossed by doubt, by silence and by a desire for presence.
