Description from the seller
Pair of church candelabras in gilt bronze. Originating from the Netherlands and dating from the early part of the last century.
The altar candelabras are inspired by a 17th-century model. They consist of a triangular foot on lion paw feet. On the foot are attached angel heads. Above that is the stem, partly baluster-shaped, partly twisted. In the middle of the round candle holder there is a pin to secure the candle.
The candlesticks are identical in shape, but differ slightly in dimensions. One candelabrum is 34 cm high and 11 cm wide, the other 34.5 cm high and up to 11.5 cm wide. They also differ slightly in weight: 1600/1800 grams.
The candelabras are in good to very good condition and show no noteworthy signs of use. For a good impression, view the photos.
