Over time, more complex notes appear, such as ripe apricot and a slight spicy touch reminiscent of cinnamon and cloves. The alcohol, although present due to the high barrel content, is not invasive, but rather enhances the depth of the fragrance.
TASTE: The attack on the palate is immediate and firm, with a warmth that unfolds generously. Flavours of burnt caramel and vanilla blend with a spicy profile of black pepper and a slight acidity reminiscent of ripe fruit.
