From own collection and extremely unique pocket watch! In working and decent condition.

Platinum case with later-set diamonds (see photos). Very rare! Sold in June 2024 via auction house imKinsky. Below is the auction house description;

"Audemars Piguet Tailcoat watch Switzerland, c. 1920 platinum, 16 diamonds with approx. total 0.80 ct; crown winding; silver-coloured dial, case no. \"38195\"; anchor escapement with ruby palettes, movement no. \"24532\"; diamonds probably added later dm. 4 cm"

The back of the pocket watch was accidentally broken off by the previous owner at the hinges, but it opens/closes when clicked on. The back (including diamonds) weighs as seen +/- 12 grams. This is already well over €700 with the current price of platinum (price as of 11-2).

The 'converter' is included to wear the pocket watch as a wristwatch as well. I bought this afterwards myself and had a custom-made ostrich leather strap made. Band width is 24mm.
