The works are shipped from the artist based in the United States to our logistics platform in France, which handles import and customs clearance, before being sent individually to our collectors without any constraints. The transportation cost includes all fees from the United States to your home.

If the work is damaged, you must refuse delivery and specify the reason for the refusal on the delivery note, noting issues such as “broken,” “scratched,” “damaged,” or “folded.” If only the packaging is damaged but the contents are intact, you may accept the package. However, if both the packaging and the content are damaged, you must refuse the package without hesitation. Karl Lagasse, a renowned artist, gained prominence in 2009 with his One Dollar sculptures, ranking among the top ten sculptors under 30 according to Artprice that same year. In 2012, the New York publication Farameh named him as one of the fifty best contemporary artists, inspired by traditional American icons, in its book FOR WHICH IT STANDS: Americana in Contemporary Art. More recently, in 2016, at the Art Paris Art Fair, the President of the French Republic warmly congratulated Karl for his impressive 2-meter bronze sculpture One Dollar, exhibited at the Grand Palais.

Karl’s artistic journey began at age 7 with collages, prompted by his meeting with sculptor César Baldaccini. He then turned to tagging and graffiti in the Paris metro while remaining passionate about collages. The artist Yvaral Vasarely encouraged him to fuse his tags with his collages. In 2003, Karl prepared his first exhibition in Paris, which led to his first solo show in 2006 at the Isy Brachot gallery in Brussels. In 2008, he returned to Paris with an exhibition combining paintings, sculptures, and video elements at the Espace Pierre Cardin.

Karl especially enjoys unveiling his works at international exhibitions. In 2011, he was represented by the Bel Air Fine Art gallery at the Art Monaco fair with his Cryptogram One. The following year, he presented his One Dollar works on the theme “In God We Trust” at the Artco France gallery. His 2016 solo exhibition at the Atrium gallery in Marbella, Spain, was inaugurated by the mayor, who praised his works in front of the international press.

2026: - Completion of the One Dollar Green Bronze 8 meters, 7 tons. The largest One Dollar sculpture in the world created by the artist.

2025: - Installation of the monumental Reflection of the Sun. Installed near the brand-new Pavillon des Bains, on the Michel d’Ornano Promenade, inaugurated by Mayor Philippe Augier on September 8.

2024: - Art Miami - Group exhibitions Galerie Nicolas Auvray New York. For the occasion, a 1.8-meter bronze cryptogram and a 2-meter One Dollar were exhibited during the event.
- 50th anniversary of the Deauville American Film Festival; for the occasion, the artist created 18 bronze trophies as well as a 2-meter sculpture to be installed at the CID. The artists interviewed about the artist and who received the trophy include: Michael Douglas, Daisy Ridley, Natalie Portman, Michelle Williams, Mikey Madison...

2023: - Aspen Saint Regis: Installation of the 2-meter One Dollar before the St Regis. The Aspen Times covered the event in a dedicated article.
- Rapper Rick Ross posed with a special St Regis edition One Dollar.

2022: - New York: Times Square NY City, projection on Nasdaq screen of the work “A One Dollar in the Cyberspace City.”

2017: - Karl Lagasse succeeds the prestigious Cartier House in creating the Deauville American Film Festival trophies.

2016: - Art Fair Paris at the Grand Palais
- A two-meter-tall “One Dollar,” fully bronze, was exhibited at the Art Paris fair.
- The French president visited the exhibition and personally congratulated the artist for his work.
- First in Spain at the Atrium gallery in Marbella, solo exhibition with new collections in the presence of international press and the mayor of the city, Jose Bernal Gutierrez. Special performance by his wife, opera singer Cherise Lagasse, who performed pieces from her repertoire.

2015: - Second collaboration with Maserati with the creation of a monumental installation entitled “A Piece of Heaven on Earth.” This work consists of a Maserati covered with a white plastic film and a sculpture of Jesus Christ. Around the car, several sculptures depicting dollar bills are placed on the ground, symbolizing the repayment of humanity’s greatest debt

2014: - Maserati presents in world premiere the Maserati Ghibli reimagined by Karl Lagasse on the occasion of the brand’s 100th anniversary.

2013: - Collective exhibition Automobile Club de France, Place de la Concorde, Paris.

2012: - Karl gave the city of Deauville a bronze Crytogram One sculpture, which will remain permanently at the city’s entrance.
- For the 65th anniversary of the Cannes Film Festival, Karl created a sculpture “Building” composed of a collage of photos tracing the festival’s key moments.
