Description from the seller
A first edition (1940) of The World As I See It, the authorized English translation of Mein Weltbild by Albert Einstein. Published by Watts & Co., London, this volume forms part of the renowned Thinker’s Library series (No. 79), a British collection (1929–1951) aimed at making influential works in philosophy and science accessible to a wider audience.
Rather than focusing purely on physics, the book presents a selection of essays and reflections in which Einstein explores themes such as peace, democracy, religion, and his broader philosophical outlook on life and the universe.

-Some lines within the text are underlined in blue pen.
