Aroma: Complex aromas of vanilla, caramel, and red fruits. A pleasant spiciness of cinnamon and cloves lingers in the background.

Taste: Full-bodied and robust on the palate. Exotic fruit flavors of banana and mango combined with caramel and vanilla. Spices and oak emerge in the background.

Finish: Long and seductive. Spicy oak blends with the aroma of orange peel.

Color: Dark, copper-colored amber.

The Dalmore Cigar Malt derives its aromas from an extravagant combination of casks used for maturation. Approximately 30% of the casks are ex-Bourbon casks, while 70% are very old Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks. The malt received its final touch during secondary maturation in Premier Cru Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks. Although the Dalmore Cigar Malt has no age statement, its age is estimated to be approximately 10–15 years. As the name suggests, this malt pairs well with a good cigar.
