- On March 11, 1984, Serge Gainsbourg burned a 500-franc note live on television. This famous provocation was intended to alert the public to the tax pressure he said he was a victim of. Appreciating this artist especially for his career, his vision, and his positions, I wish to pay tribute to him today through this work.

SKE is a self-taught and versatile French artist who grew up in the 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large majority of his artistic works.

He endlessly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stenciling, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with double meaning, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.

After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE's value has risen noticeably. He won the first prize at the Urban Master contest (2023), then was named Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as the "Artist of the Month" by Opulence Gallery in October, and he also benefited from a feature in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.
