Length: 15.5 cm
Beautiful shine - Sold without their box
Christofle is a French silversmithing and tableware company, founded in Paris in 1830 by Charles Christofle.
The company is known for having introduced electroplating for gilding and silvering in France in 1842. The company was acquired in 2012 by one of its shareholders, the Chalhoub family luxury group.
La Maison Christofle calls on craftsmanship entirely made by hand following traditional techniques. The precious crafts of turning and repoussé, planishing, chasing, and engraving, which are carried on by its Master Silversmiths and Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, immortalize the qualities of elegance and excellence of all Christofle pieces. It is this irreplaceable human know-how, handed down from master to apprentice by highly skilled artisans, that constitutes Christofle’s living heritage. True “Living Treasures.”
