AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

The growing importance of Aket in the art world was reinforced when he was selected by Coca-Cola for their global MASTERPIECE campaign as well as the 8.6 urban art limited edition campaign, thereby confirming his status as a reference in artistic circles. Aket Kubic continues to pursue an experimental and playful approach to art, using his creations to explore and present personalities and subjects with a style close to Cubism. His unique approach to daily life and Cubism, combined with his playful experimentation, ensures him a leading place in contemporary art.

This piece is part of the artist's solo exhibition titled "almost ordinary moments".

Aket Kubic takes us into the heart of a Cubist universe where reality is decomposed and reassembled through geometric shapes. The artist leads us into a visual choreography where colors clash and harmoniously complement each other. Like a journey, each work becomes an adventure, a bold exploration of the dimensions of the imaginary. The dynamic scenes, populated by stylized characters each bearing the imprint of a unique expression captured in angular lines. In the spirit of Verne's inventions that transform the ordinary into the extraordinary, Aket Kubic's works invite us to rethink our own realities, to see magic in the details.

Artist's text:
I dreamed the hut to be small, and yet it has always remained unfinished.
Even large I placed it here as a memory of a promise shaped in the imagination.
At first, I had envisaged a real structure, something tangible and resistant.
Then I thought that the idea of a hut was much more appealing, like a floating island in an ocean of possibilities.
It is this idea of simplicity that I like, an invitation to escape, to daydream.
