Original acrylic painting on premium canvas by Stephanie van der Klooster, titled Between Dream and Reality, signed on the front, dated 2026, in an impressionist portrait style, with outer dimensions 100 × 104 cm and a maximum inner size of 95 × 95 cm, sold directly by the artist and in excellent condition.
Description from the seller
In this portrait I wanted to capture a fleeting moment of introspection, that space between thought and emotion where identity quietly takes shape.
I work with a loose, expressionistic brushstroke to let vulnerability and strength collaborate on the canvas.
Despite my classical training I let the paint move freely, and I embrace expressive brushstrokes.
Through my work I try to explore the delicate, invisible layers that make us who we are.
This work is part of an ongoing series of portraits that depict themes such as introspection, vulnerability, and identity.
With this painting technique I combine realistic forms with abstracted backgrounds, the figure and the surroundings melt together.
The photos are only an impression; please check the dimensions for a clear idea of the size.
Painted with high-quality acrylic paint on premium canvas.
The outer dimensions are 100 x 104 cm, the maximum inner dimensions are 95 x 95 cm, so the work can be easily stretched on a 95 x 95 cm frame.
Signed at the front.
