Description from the seller
This screen print is made with a second-hand teddy bear and 2 ink colors (Warm rose and deep dark blue/purple). The original teddy bear was dipped in Indian ink and printed in its entirety on paper. From this original bear work, a screen print was made in an edition of 25 bears.
Technique: Hand-pulled screen print on 340-gram (acid-free) handmade paper
Includes: Artist Certificate of Authenticity
Worldwide shipping / ships within 48 hours in a tube. The work is shipped unframed.
Edition: 25 (Signature and embossing on the front of the screen print)

Michiel Folkers a.k.a. Gieler (1982) began graffiti in Amsterdam in the late 1990s. Years later he swapped street walls for canvas in his studio. In much of his work you can still feel or see the vibe of the streets. At the moment his work goes all over the world and he exhibits in galleries from Zurich to New York. Especially in America his work has been popular in recent years and he hangs in the homes of several 'famous people'.}
