Born in 1977, Jone Hopper is a French artist. In the late 1980s, he earned his stripes on the street through the emerging graffiti movement of that era. He tags his name on the streets, on walls and on trains. Known for his characters and his aerosol signatures, he founded the TBS (The Brutal Style) collective with Skepa and a few other committed graffiti artists. We know little about him because the artist stays true to the graffiti spirit and wishes to remain anonymous, believing that the work should be highlighted and not the person.
