Description from the seller

A stunning and very complete dinnerware set from the famous British brand Wedgwood, executed in the beloved Conway pattern.

This dinnerware is a true classic for the enthusiast of UK earthenware. The base of this model is the iconic Edme form, designed in the early 20th century by John Goodwin. Characteristic of this form is the refined fluted/cannelled texture (the recognizable vertical ridges) and the warm creme-colored glaze, also known as the Ware.

The Conway (decor code AK8384) is known for its colorful, hand-painted appearance. The centerpiece of each piece is a beautiful bouquet of roses, forget-me-nots and violets in vibrant shades of pink, blue and yellow. This decor is now out of production, which makes it a sought-after item for collectors who want to complete or expand their set.

The entire dinnerware set is in excellent condition. The glaze is bright and the colors of the floral decoration are still beautifully deep. No chips, cracks or notable crazing. All pieces are marked on the underside with the authentic "Wedgwood of Etruria & Barlaston Conway" stamp.
