Omega – Pocket watch – circa 1935 – 15-jewel movement – 40 micron gold-filled – serviced
Vintage Omega pocket watch dating from about 1935, according to the movement serial number (8214155).
The Omega mechanical movement is signed Omega Swiss – 15 jewels and runs correctly. The watch has been serviced and is in working order.
The dial features a beautiful vintage typography with Arabic numerals and a small seconds at 6 o'clock, in an Art Deco style typical of the 1930s.
The case is gold-filled laminate metal guaranteed 40 microns, inscription visible inside the case back. This type of thick plating was considered high quality at the time.
